Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Engagement & Authority

Valkrion Marketing provides specialized growth architecture, content strategy, audience intelligence, and creative video editing services. Technical capabilities within the platform do not automatically imply contractual inclusions. The specific services, specialist seats, and deliverables provided are strictly governed by the client’s approved package agreement snapshot.

2. Billing, Invoices & Payment Terms

• Advance Billing: Engagements operate on advance billing according to the agreed package period (monthly for Core; 2-month cycles for Plus/Pro; 3-month cycles for Elite/Studio).
• Due Dates: Invoices issued by Valkrion are due within three (3) calendar days of presentation.
• Grace Period & Work Pause: In the event an invoice remains unsettled past the due date, written notice is provided followed by a seven (7) calendar-day grace window before active strategic and editing workflows may be temporarily paused.
• Direct Ad Spend: Valkrion fees represent strategic management and creative production. All third-party advertising spend is paid directly by the client to advertising platforms.

3. Creative Approvals & Revision Limits

To maintain production velocity and high quality, creative video deliverables include two (2) rounds of revisions by default only where agreed in the applicable package. Revisions must be submitted with actionable timestamped feedback through the client portal. Further revision rounds require separate authorized scope extension.

4. No Performance Guarantees

Valkrion Marketing applies empirical methods, proven hook structures, and rigorous diagnostic audits. However, short-form algorithm distribution is subject to third-party platforms. In accordance with professional standards, Valkrion makes no warranty or guarantee regarding specific follower gains, view counts, revenue amounts, or customer conversions.

5. Cancellation & Offboarding

Either party may terminate the ongoing engagement with thirty (30) days written notice to valkrionmarketing@gmail.com. Handling of earned vs unearned prepaid funds is conducted under the agreed contract terms and governing law. Upon termination, client access to group collaboration rooms is promptly closed while contracted final deliverables and historical records are preserved according to our 180-day retention schedule.
