Acceptable Use Policy

1. Authorized Platform Access

The private Valkrion agency workspace and client portal are closed, invitation-controlled environments. Public registration is prohibited. Users may only access records, files, group rooms, and conversations specifically bound to their verified account credentials and approved organizational scope.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to bypass role-based authorization or client isolation policies.
• Sharing account credentials, invitation links, or password reset tokens.
• Uploading malicious payloads, unauthorized executable code, or infringing intellectual property.
• Scraping, automated data harvesting, or denial-of-service attempts.
• Harassment, abusive communication, or unauthorized disclosure of internal staff notes.

3. Enforcement & Account Revocation

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy result in immediate session invalidation, account suspension or deactivation, and forfeiture of platform access without prejudice to legal remedies.
