1. Advance Commitment & Service Allocation
When a client engagement is approved, dedicated strategist capacity, editing bandwidth, and specialist seats (for Elite and Studio packages) are reserved exclusively for that account. Because operational resources and executive time are allocated in advance, retainers and package fees are billed prior to the service period.
2. Cancellation Protocol
Clients may cancel upcoming engagement periods by providing written notice thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of their current billing cycle to valkrionmarketing@gmail.com. Active workflows and specialist deliverables will continue through the end of the paid billing cycle.
3. Earned vs Unearned Retainer Balances
In the event of an early termination agreed in writing by both parties, fees for work already performed (including diagnostic profile audits, finalized creative scripts, and completed video edits) are deemed fully earned and non-refundable. Any unearned prepaid portions covering future uninitiated production cycles will be reviewed and handled in accordance with the specific signed package agreement and governing commercial law.
